Make your own eco-friendly Boat of Light!

TAEC’s most popular annual event is happening soon!

Learn to make your own eco-friendly kratong (boat of light) for the Lai Heua Fai Festival. This is a wonderful cultural activity for families and visitors of all ages.

TAEC staff members will be on hand to show you how to create your boat using natural materials such as banana tree trunks, leaves, flowers, incense, and candles. They will also explain the meaning behind this special festival and how to launch your boat into the Mekong.

This event is included with your museum entry ticket.
